Mindset of a Successful Entrepreneur
Mindset of a Successful Entrepreneur
I just spent 3 days with 200 entrepreneurs that were in different stages of their businesses. There were executives, consultants, healers, coaches, dog trainers and horse communicators to name a few. Some were just starting out and others were in business for over 10 years. Some business owners had less than $1,000 in revenue while other entrepreneurs were growing their business to $2-$3 million in the next year. I thought to myself, why does one business coach make multiple six figures when another experienced business coach is struggling to get clients? I put on my Napoleon Hill hat and tried to figure out what exactly was the common thread of the successful entrepreneurs.
Here’s what I noticed, successful entrepreneurs:
- Worked on their mindset
- Use universal laws and higher power to manifest results
- Reprogram their subconscious minds to achieve what they want
- Believe and expect to achieve big success
- Are focused
- Tweak what isn’t working until they find something that does
- Stretch themselves and move out of their comfort zones, pushing themselves to new heights of success
- Walked into their fears instead of allowing their fears to hold them back
- Have mentors and coaches to help guide them
- Belonged to mastermind groups and networked with knowledgeable people
- Learn what other successful people are doing and model their strategies around what works
- Implement fast
- Keep going and continue to dream bigger and bigger
You can be in any industry, in any profession and if you have a “white hot” burning desire, you WILL achieve the success you seek. Success requires intense focus and faith that what you want is already coming. If you keep your eye on the prize, the opportunities, the people and the events you need to propel you forward will fall in your lap. Hold your image, change your thinking and just keep moving forward.
