I got an email from our life insurance agent to tell me to come by and pick up a refund.  She said that our policies were reduced and that she had a check waiting for me.  I didn’t think much of it, I was sort of expecting to get an adjustment in our policy because of our squeaky clean health history and lab results.

I told my husband about the unexpected abundance and he says “Didn’t I tell you.”  I was floored, I couldn’t believe it.

It rained for 4 days in a row in Las Vegas and that NEVER happens.  So I didn’t get the mail while it was raining.  Earlier that morning Chuck says out of the blue “check the mailbox for any unexpected checks”.  And he NEVER says that, I mean, who says that stuff?  We get checks coming in all the time from our consulting, but why in the world would we get a check for no reason, unexpectedly?  It just doesn’t happen…

But sure enough, he was right!  And my husband taught ME a good lesson in faith.  I just love how this works!
