Wife, mother, intuitive, consultant, tech geek, law of attraction practitioner, manifestor, seeker of truth, teacher
Ten years ago, I took a major look at my life and knew that I needed some major changes. At that point, I achieved some pretty great things, landed my dream job and had a great future. But the problem was…it felt empty.
My relationships were a mess. I found myself completely down and depressed and I wanted to make serious changes in my life. I started going to seminars, read lots of books, found myself mentors and studied topics such as success principles, universal laws, manifestation, personal development and intuition. Through these principles I was able to completely turn my life around. I was consulting for a large corporation at the time and lived in Toronto, Canada. Suddenly, the weirdest things started to happen. I started manifesting amazing opportunities.
I remember I was sitting in my car needing a pair of scissors thinking “if this whole manifestation thing works then universe give me a pair of scissors”, I looked around and somehow I had a pair of scissors on the floor of the backseat of my car.
I then started having dreams that would come true. As a software tester I became really good at what I did. I would have dreams about where to locate software bugs and the next day I would find them exactly where my dreams told me to. I knew I was tapping into something, I just didn’t know what.
It wasn’t until New Years day of 2005 that I really put these principles to the test.
That’s when I wrote down what I thought were Big Goals.
1. I wanted to make $30,000 more than my already decent salary
2. To work for the greatest software company of all time (Microsoft)
3. To someday become a professional speaker and have my own business
4. To get married to a great man
A few months later, I started getting the feeling like I wasn’t supposed to be there. I just felt like I was supposed to be doing more and it felt like I had a bigger purpose. The feeling became so strong, that I just woke up one day and quit my job without anything to fall back on! I was scared, but somehow felt guided. I ended up getting an interview at Microsoft and I flew out to Seattle. I was devastated when I didn’t get the job. My heart completely sunk. But something in me just said “go anyway… if you want it, you’ll get it”.
I decided to pack my car, leave my family and friends behind and I drove across the country to Seattle, Washington with only $1000 in the bank. It was a huge leap of faith for me. It felt like jumping off a bridge and hoping that someone would catch me. The day before I arrived in Seattle, I got an email about an open position at Microsoft, for the exact role and for the exact amount of money I desired. I got the job and within 4 months of writing down my goals, I had checked TWO of them off my list!
When that happened, I knew that I had stumbled upon something really big. I decided to test my theory and applied the same process to my disastrous love life (and I mean disastrous). Within 1 year of setting my goal to meet a great man, I was engaged. Another goal achieved!
My friends and family started consulting me about their own dreams and how to achieve them. Business owners would talk to me about their businesses and together we would come up with bigger goals, better game plans and winning ideas. After having my first child, I started my own consulting and coaching company, which gave me opportunities to speak about the results I had achieved and help others to do the same. Without even realizing it at the time, Goal Number 4 was accomplished.
I wish I could say that the transition from corporate life to growing my own business was easy, but it wasn’t. My family was affected by the downturn in the economy just like many others. However, I realized that knowing the principles and applying the principles are two completely different things. No matter how much I think I know, I will always be a student, stretching and expanding my mind to achieve bigger and greater things, things I never thought possible. During the difficult time, I applied my winning formula once again, and within one month I turned my yearly income into my monthly income! I refused to let circumstances dictate my success.
I have since helped countless businesses and entrepreneurs accelerate their success by implementing proven strategies, creating systems and using mindset principles to attract the right circumstances and situations. I created CoachMeNow.com as a resource to help those searching for truth and ways to improve their lives.
Q. How can you help me?
A. Chances are, if you’re struggling with getting what you want, it’s your mindset that is holding you back. Iwill teach you different principles and offer you different tools that when you practice them you can get back on track to achieving and living life the way you want to.
Q. What is mindset and why is it important?
A. Success is an inside job. Mindset is the art of thinking and how thinking adds or takes away from our success. Your outer world is just a reflection of your inner world. Thoughts are things. If you want to know what you’ve been thinking just look at your results. Mindset is using various techniques to create a changed consciousness for the purpose of achieving your goals.
The right mindset will help you through any obstacle or challenge and it will allow you to receive the right answers that you need to move you forward. My expertise in mindset and personal development will have you moving closer to your goals.
What we think about we bring about. If you want to change your results, you must first change your thoughts. It is only then that new opportunities can present itself. Let me introduce you to new ideas and principles that will allow you to tap into your unlimited potential faster and easier.
Q. What makes you different than other coaches and or consultants?
A. I’m more intuitive than most coaches. One night, Seven Years ago, I had a dream about work. At the time I was testing software for a program we were developing for a large utility company. In my dream, I found software bugs/defects in different areas in the computer program. The next day, I decided to do exactly what my dream told me, and sure enough everything that I dreamed about came true. I knew I started tapping in to an intelligence that I could not yet explain. I became really, really good at what I did.
I have since learned to strengthen my intuition and use it to help others. Many times when working with people I will receive intuitive insight about what is blocking them from achieving what they want or what they can do differently in their lives to create more of what they want. Many times, it is old inherited thinking patterns that is causing the unwanted results.
I go with my gut and my intuitive insights when working with people.
